1. Return and Refund Policy

At Kampvuur Koffie, we want you to be happy with your coffee. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info.kamvuurkoffie@gmail.com so that we can assist you.

Returns

Because coffee is a food product, we ask that returned coffee products be unopened, unused and in their original condition wherever possible.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Where applicable, customers may have a statutory right to cancel an online transaction within the prescribed cooling-off period. Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, qualifying transactions for goods may be cancelled within seven days after receipt of the goods, without reason or penalty, subject to the Act. The direct cost of returning the goods may be payable by the consumer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or contains the wrong product, please contact us at info.kamvuurkoffie@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your name
• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your rights under applicable South African consumer law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we will process the refund using the applicable payment method or another appropriate method agreed with you.

Refund processing times may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Where South African law requires a refund to be made within a particular period, we will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, any return or refund will be subject to the applicable statutory rights and the condition of the goods.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used coffee products may not be eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns where the law permits such a restriction.
